Haydock Slating Limited are used to working on architect supervised projects and are on several English Heritage architects contractor lists. We have experience working with architects on buildings in conservation areas and on listed buildings such as Adlington Hall.
The photos of Adligton Hall, near Macclesfield, were taken whilst we were working on this historic house and stately home. The tudor architecture and the hall's Cheshire English Heritage status, made this a memorable project. Haydock Slating were architect supervised sub-contactors to the main contract.
The re-roofing was carried out using random stone slating, slates fixed with oak pegs to English Heritage requirements.
